Body care is essential in all facets of our life. No matter how old we are or how much we have,

it is always good that we pay homage to the packaging and treat it above all, with great care. If
we want our body to be healthy as long as possible, it is important that we keep it in shape. How can we take care of our body?

- Varied diet: Eating well and in a varied way is a fundamental rule for our body to get what it
needs.

us in all aspects and it has been proven effective for it to last us as healthy as possible.

- Rest well: Even if we exercise and eat a balanced diet if we do not sleep enough and in an
orderly way, our body will respond and not in a good way. Sleep!


Some benefits of taking care of our body are: 

- Disease prevention: The main reason we must maintain our personal hygiene is to avoid
spreading disease.

- Increased self-esteem: As a consequence of the previous reason, when you feel clean you
feel much better about yourself.

- Social and professional acceptance7 Being a careless person does not favor social
relationships, because it generates rejection. If you practice good personal hygiene you will be
comfortable in your day to day, with people at work, with your friends and with your partner.


Some habits that harm your body and you should avoid are:

- Skipping breakfast.

- Eating Fast food; snacks.

- Dining late and badly.

- Always being stressed.
