On Self-Regulation
Self Regulation is the
ability a person has to control his or her emotions not to hurt anybody around him / her.
For me self-regulation is
very important because is we don’t have it, we can face problems
in the future, we need to know when is the right moment for each situation and how to react.
We need to
control our emotions, become aware of everyone of them and decide in a responsible way in order to generate
changes to achieve a good conduct to successfully live in our society.
We use self-regulation at stressing or conflicting moments,
since it not only helps ourselves, but also helps the people around
us; however, we have to be always the first in identifying our own feelings and shortcomings.
