Over Exercising

Exercising is one of the best things you can do for helping
your body to be in a good form, but everything in excess is bad, which is why working out isn't an exception. 

It's good to have physical activities, but also you need a break and relax because for women, in particular, could mean the risk of depletion due to iron loss because of menstruation, getting osteoporosis, eating disorders, among other things that cause a really bad impact in your life and health. 

For men, things aren't different, because men have more tendency to suffer from cardiac problems by over-exercising, so intense exercise has been shown to decrease libido, possibly due to physical fatigue and lower testosterone levels. 


Anything in excess  could be dangerous. Keep that in mind.
