On Healthy Responsibility
Life springs back because, in every single possible way, it gives you chances for you to do your best, but in such a mirroring system, it'll pay back to you according to what you have planted for you to harvest, so if your crops are responsibly cared for, the fruits you'll gather are gonna be rewarding.
If you plant the seeds of love and assertiveness, excellent relationships will flourish in your paths throughout life, since these are responsible steps taken to grow up by being understanding and empathetic to your fellows because values are basic for healthy human interactions.
If you have some pottery for you to have decorative plants in a room, and if
you dare to compare them with a classroom, every day’s acquired knowledge would be like the water
necessary for kids to keep going awaken in order to enhance their motivation to pursue their goals; however, if you want to see them growing up healthily, not just moved in any direction by any gust of wind, you will reinforce them by using some fertilizer, whose nutrients are gonna allow them to prosper, which is why in our case, those supplements are homework, group work, workshops, and any means to make students practice to finally master any subject.
Precisely, that's our role as teachers, to identify students' weaknesses, strengths, motivations, and either continue nourishing or reinforcing everyone of them in agreement to the findings, taking their diversity, including learning styles, disabilities, and multiple intelligences into account; this way, they are not gonna be perceived as mere decorative plants who aren't dynamic, but as individuals whose commitment would be fostered through their renovated frame of mind, since they would be seen as who they are: Unique human beings who are meant to give the best fruits ever and you may see them with humble pride because you led them to reach for their dreams, which is your perfect spiritual crop.
