Could climate change lead to the end of life on Earth? Why or why not?
There is a great lack of knowledge about what climate change really is, either due to excessive information, inaccurate sources or self-interested disinformation, which gives rise to a series of false myths about climate change.
The main cause of climate change is global warming and it has multiple negative consequences on physical, biological and human systems, among other effects.
This global increase in temperature has disastrous consequences that endanger the survival of the Earth's flora and fauna, including humans. Among the impacts of climate change are the melting of the ice mass at the poles, which in turn causes the sea level to rise, resulting in flooding, and even small island states are at risk of disappearing.
Climate change also increases the occurrence of more violent weather phenomena, droughts, fires, the death of animal and plant species, the overflowing of rivers and lakes, the emergence of climate refugees and the destruction of livelihoods and economic resources, especially in developing countries.
In my opinion climate change can end life on earth, all the consequences that this brings makes that we can not have a healthy environment to live, as the years pass the deterioration of ecosystems will be impressive and although there are people who want to help improve this, I think it is very difficult to end this in such a short time and with the help of few people, as there are several people who still do not believe that this is real, but as time passes we are realizing how everything has deteriorated.
We are running out of time to save the planet, help to end climate change to not end life on earth, you can take care of water, feed yourself sustainably, support the use of sustainable energy, among other things.
