There were screams for a long time, then they ceased but crying began, it was a birth. The parents asked the doctor to show them the baby, you would think sparks of joy would radiate from them, what happened was exactly the opposite though. When they saw the newborn they weren’t joyful, they were rather disgusted by it. 3 years passed and they realized they couldn’t take care of the baby, they didn’t even name it, they called it “Tiburoncin” because of its resemblance to a shark.
They were tired of taking care of a baby they didn’t want, so they went on a trip where they had the amazing idea of leaving the baby and returning home back to their normal lives. They left him in the mailbox of a house, packed their things, and flew back home. For years they lived calmly enjoying life. Sadly, that ended because of their own doing, they didn’t know that then though…
One beautiful morning, Amelia, the mother of the baby, woke up to the sound of the news. She was so disoriented that she trampled with a loose cable, fell down the stairs and lost consciousness. And that’s when it all began. When she woke up, Benjamin, her husband, was in front of the tv pointing a gun against his head praying that what was happening wasn’t his fault. Amelia ran to him and miraculously got there fast enough.
She asked him what was happening but then she saw the news and understood. People were driving, running, swimming and flying away from the city because they were encountering a horrifying little man in their houses. Benjamin immediately thought that it was their offspring taking revenge against them but Amelia calmed him down and told him that it wasn’t possible, they had left him in another continent.
Days passed and many more people left the city but they just put up some night vision cameras and watched the news everyday, which always said that staying in the city was safer. One day, the anchor seemed different, scared even, he told everyone to leave the city as fast as they could so Amelia and Benjamin rented a house in the periphery, without knowing that the anchor had not only seen, but talked to the “little man” who threatened him on purpose to get Amelia and Benjamin out of the city.
A week later, Benjamin and Amelia were peacefully cooking when they heard creaking coming from upstairs so Amelia went to check it out. When she got upstairs she saw a kid who said “Your son I am”, she answered, “I can see that, you’re as ugly as the day I left you.” and started laughing, the kid moved fastly and put a knife against her throat telling, “Laugh, make sure you never do it again I will, apologize for everything or cut I do.”, and she responded “I’m not Apolo…”, “Told you, now husband is dies for your mistakes.” the kid said. Benjamin started worrying because Amelia hadn’t come downstairs in a long time so he went up only to find his wife’s dead body on the floor and his kid just in front of it. “What have I done?…”
