Essay
Life is nature and nature is life, we depend on it. Otherwise we can't be alive
We breathe what plants exhale and plants breathe what we exhale in a continuous symbiosis. Why could we exclude plants from our museums if they are our fountain of life?
Would you imagine a present without a future, a present in which the only way to live is being an astronaut in your own house?
We're abusing the resources that nature gives to us and as a consequence of it, nature is gradually decaying and the best way to save it is not to harm it, so that's why I chose this project, because this initiative is a way to help our world.
The world is gradually dying and a lot of people don't even take care of it until they are already in front of the problem, as we continue industrializing, using the natural resources, contaminating, etc, the world is affected by it and as a consequence, we have the loss of Biodiversity, global warming or droughts.
We need people to become conscious of reality and that's what green museums do, they make positive changes by encouraging people to make better choices in their daily lives and also have a sustainable architecture which minimizes the negative environmental impacts by the moderation in the use of materials or energy.
The goal of green museums is to make from them a space focused in environmental education and responsibility by transmitting the values that make us get ready for the challenges we will experience in a future through art and the preserving environment of flora and fauna around the different continents by giving experience.
