On Leadership, A Value To Attain Goals

Since the beginning of time, human beings have a value or an ability to lead and take control of a group to guide and advise them to reach for  good or a victory for all its members. There's a big difference between a leader and a boss, let’s analyze their differences.

The main difference is that a leader supports all his members and advises them to improve for all gain a mutual benefit, but a boss just wants a benefit for himself by taking advantage of those who follow him.The leaders must have all these values and skills,

first: recognizing the abilities and talents of their fellows, they know what the perfect role is going to be for each one of their members and apart from that, I help them to perfect them. Second: a leader has to be someone reliable and confident, he must have the trust of all members in his team, respect them, and to be deserving of theirs as well.

Let's cite Winston Churchill as an example, also known as Winnie The British Bulldog, who was one of the most important people in the events of the Second World War, he was the prime minister of the United Kingdom, so he was a key player in the great alliance as the war leader of the United Kingdom and led his troops to a great victor. I set him as an example because many testimonies of the war said that as a leader, the man was the best because he showed a love and devotion to his troops like no other general or admirals had ever done before, but the man said the raw truths. As a good leader, he did not lie to his troops that none were going to die, so he showed great interest and participation to the efforts of rebuilding his country by using diverse means.

In conclusion any of us can be a leader, but the great difference between a leader and a good leader is their values and ways of treating and interacting with people in order to attain common objectives and achieve planned goals.
