Earthquake in Colombia today, May 28th, this was the epicenter of the seismic movement

This Friday morning, around 11:10 a.m, an earthquake was felt in Bucaramanga and several municipalities of Santander.

In its preliminary bulletin, the Geological Service detailed that the magnitude of the telluric movement was 4.8, and its epicenter was in Los Santos, Santander.

According to the institution, the earthquake had a depth of 148 km and its epicenter was located exactly 14 km from Los Santos, 16 km from Piedecuesta and 18 km from Zapatoca. So far, no injuries or material damages have been reported as a result of the tremor.
