On The Pedestrian and A Friendlier Glance To The Future

 Essay

I like to be a hopeful man, so I would like to see the future as a more accepting and loving place than nowadays is being experienced by our young generations.

Since we are way more conscious about everything: injustice, segregation and also the impact that we have on the planet, that wastes we produce, the harm that we have caused in general to it so far, in our future I see bright things coming.

At the same time, I think we are going to achieve many things in the technological field and that won’t be necessarily wrong, but what we decide to do with those inventions is what will determine if it’s good or bad.

In comparison to this story by Bradbury, The Pedestrian, I think some extremes may be reached; however,  if there's space for love and acceptance in our society, I think we can go through it all and succeed as a more humane mankind.

We need to rather start thinking about creating our future, and not only  entering into one that we might not wish.
