Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies' Recipe



Hello, hello everyone! We hope you have had a merry christmas and we wish you a happy new year and that you have enjoyed your vacations, so let's get started with the first article of this 2021 and what's better than a healthy but a delicious recipe?


Super easy and very fun today we bring to you this CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES RECIPE from @healthyrecipes.co 

Vegan+keto+gluten free+low carb (what a combo!)


(by the way, the recipe can be vegan or NOT, in the ingredients the ones that are in the parenthesis are vegan)


Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cup almond flour

- 1 tbsp vanilla essence

- 1/2 tsp of baking powder

- 1/4 tsp of salt

- 1/4 cup (coconut oil) or 1/3 cup butter at room temperature

- 1 egg

- sugar free chocolate chips


Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees 

2. In separate bowls, mix liquid ingredients and dry ingredients 

3. Incorporate the two mixtures

4. Add the chocolate chips

5. In a pan or tray with butter paper, place the mixture in the form of balls and bake for about 15 min 

6. Allow to cool and ready!!
