 Marilyn´s Lost Jewelry

It had been months since Marilyn could go out and enjoy a nice dinner night with friends and family. She had been touring all around the world since January, and it is currently November. Touring requires a lot of energy and effort since people go to see her and only her. Of course, unlike many other celebrities, Marilyn enjoys seeing her fans but what she’s not in agreement with is that her tour entries are nearly as expensive as traveling to Paris itself. However she isn’t in charge of that.

After finishing getting ready, Marilyn went to get her limousine that had been waiting outside for her. Even though her tiredness was over the roof, she knew it was a nice and different way of distracting herself.

Once they arrived, her family was already sitting down. They were all wearing nice and expensive clothes filled with the most precious jewelry anyone had ever seen.

She didn’t recognize one face, which seemed very strange.. It was a tall man’s face who said he was a bodyguard, so he sat beside her. As a “bodyguard”, he asked if she wanted him to take care of her coat and purse, obviously she agreed. The night went on by so fast, when she went home she didn’t even remember her coat or her purse, until she remembered what she left inside the purse..

“My jewel, my precious jewel” - Marilyn remembered. She called her mom right away, asking her if she knew where her purse and coat was, telling her about the precious jewel it had inside. The mom’s answer was that she remembered Marilyn had left both her purse and coat at the place and their bodyguard told them he was going to return it to her. Marilyn immediately called the police as she realized the supposed “bodyguard” stole her things.

As the police answered, very desperate, Marilyn started to tell them everything she knew and tried her best to describe the man; the police immediately knew who she was talking about. They told her to wait until they catched the man.

The next day, in the news appeared that a man was captured for stealing and was a fugitive for more than 2 years. The man always used the same way for stealing, specifically rich people. Marilyn recognizes the man as soon as she saw him on tv, later that day she received a call from the cops saying that they couldn’t find the jewel because he already sold it to someone else. But after all, Marilyn was just so grateful that they could capture him and stop other people from suffering or living that experience.
