Don´t Look Back
It was 7 at night, I had my cowgirl costume and I was waiting for my mother to ask for sweets, I heard a noise in the backyard but I did not give it much importance, since the dog was sleeping there, my mother came downstairs and told me that It was time to leave, she shook my hand and we went out, but when we were about to leave we heard that the dog was barking very loudly, as if there was someone with him, my mother told me to wait for her at the entrance because she wanted to see what what was happening to the dog, I nodded and she entered.
Molly's mother:
I heard that the dog was upset so I decided to go see, I opened the door but the dog stopped barking and started crying, he looked at me as if I had hurt him, he went into his house and did not come out anymore, when I turned around I saw a strange figure, I was paralyzed, no one else lived with us, I asked him who he was but he did not answer, I took the liberty of approaching, he whispered something to me; however, the ones I heard left me disturbed, so I ran inside the house and went with Molly.
Molly:
Mom came in running, she looked scared and a little pale, I asked her if she was okay, she said yes, but I knew something was wrong, we went trick or treating, Mom seemed empty, she didn't have that sparkle in her eyes. Suddenly she looked at me and I realized that it was not her, many cars were passing and she pushed me, I woke up in a hospital’s bed.
Molly's mom:
That figure told me terrible things, I couldn't stop thinking about what would happen, so I decided that I should get Molly out of the way, throw her against the cars so she wouldn't have to go through this.
Molly:
When I woke up my mother was there, I asked her why she had done it, she came up to me and said, why shouldn't we look back, I asked her what she was referring to and she told me everything that happened in the backyard and the figure, I was stunned, my mother got up and opened the window, committed suicide, now I live in another city with my grandmother, but I am afraid of the backyard, at night when I go to the bathroom I hear voices behind me but I remember what my mother told me, don't look back.
