Protests in our Nation

The so-called national strike that has sustained the pulse of the Executive's policies since last November 21st stifled during the end of the year, but returned this Tuesday with protests throughout the day, as well as sporadic clashes that ended in a "cacerolazo" that was felt at sunset in Bogotá.
The National Police director, General Óscar Aterhortua, reported that ten uniformed members of the Institution were injured during the protest day in Colombia. Five policemen were injured in Bogotá, two in Tunja, one in Caldas and two patrollers in Medellín.
Protesting for the systematic deaths of many social leaders and activists is exactly the most important fact in recent years, so let's go on with them, as long as they remain pacificly promoted and held.
