Drunk Teen Runs Over Two Year Old Girl

Monday, May 27th, 2019. 

A 16 year old Venezuelan teenager ran over a two year old girl, who was playing at her front yard with friends. 

The events took place in Tibu, Norte de Santander, and caused the death of the young girl named Jenifer Alexandra Contreras Romero. 

The 16 year old was driving under the effect of alcohol, so this took him to drive his vehicle into the inside of the house, causing the death of the girl. 

Quickly, the authorities arrieved to the place, taking the 16 year old and putting him under arrest. 

These situations happen all the time throughout the country, due to the irresponsability of the parents, or the drivers themselves. Many of them are freed with no charges, and continue to commit these atrocious acts, with no one punishing them. So, is our country and are authorities going to continue letting this happen?
