Animals

Disappearing Animals

There was once a place,
Where animals were just a legend,
They were either killed or replaced,
By plactic items, seemingly more urgent.

Which place could that be?
No one has an answer,
Nobody wants to see,
The protrayal of Earth, is a cancer.

Not far from each of us
There is always a disaster
Animals seen as trash,
Is what almost everyone does,
They are unique monsters
Who reason with disgust.

If we reframe our mindset,
Surely something would come out
Let's join many, don't be effortless.
Fighting for animals is somehow,
Betting for our future,
And that of upcoming generations, not being losers.

What a terrible crime!
Extinction has become,
Everyone can see it,
But no-one works over time,
To save at least some.

Extinction is forgetting,
Animals rights to be on,
On Earth striving for conquering,
What humankind took off of them all.
