In this world, there is much food that harms your body and you have to know what they are;
for example pizza, chuzo, hamburger, etc.

* Osteoarthritis.

* Breathing problems, such as sleep apnea (When a person stops breathing for short episodes during sleep), and asthma.
Being fat is one of the most common problems that the world has. I bring for you the best diet not to be a fat person:
2. Eat vegetables: At least 5 serving sizes per day.
3. Eat proteins every day: If the selected meat is white, it’ll be much better.
4. Go to a gym for 5 months with intense training.
5. Sleep 8 hours daily.
6. Practice sports a minimum of 2 times a week.
7. Don’t be stressed.
8. If you want candy, you can eat whole carbohydrates to replace that extra sugar.
9. Reduce the consumption of sodas.
