Cigarettes: The Smoky Danger.
Today I want to remind you of the harms that cigarettes cause to our body, to our health.
Nowadays, the percentage of people (young and adult as well) that smoke is
incredibly huge, because of the need for relaxing, and reducing tension, but in
teenagers is rather a consequence of their desire to seem more adults; moreover, for the search of new experiences. Do you really know though the damage that it does to you body? Do
you know that if you smoke you are killing yourself?
Smoking affects the cardiovascular and the respiratory systems, that’s
why it is one of the most frequent reasons of cancer in the lungs, in the
larynges, and other organs that are really important in your body, it is also
the cause of suffering cardiac and blood vessels' diseases; smokers have
less immunity to infections, so you are prone to getting a cold easily, condition which is worsening day by day.
On the other hand, due to the heat that produces the combustion of the
cigarette, it can also trigger illnesses in your mouth; besides, you can become addicted to the nicotine.
There are a lot of reasons to live, there are a lot of forms of relaxing
and there is no need to seem older, smoking brings nothing good,
it may relax you a little, but the bad impact that it causes in your body is three times higher than the good that makes you feel, so is it really worthy?
