You have to be always positive,
Although things are not quite good,
Life is to live,
And if you're not doing it, what are you
waiting for?
To have a good well-being,
You have to live in good conditions,
Be productive, sleep well, eat well,
Make it a tradition.
You have to take care of yourself,
Physically and mentally,
And you will start to see life differently,
Full of joy and new things.
One of the consequences may be stress,
And none of us wants that,
With stress it is very difficult to achieve
success,
That is why it is good to have a good
well-being.
Only you can make a change,
But only if necessary,
It might be something new and it might be
strange,
But it is something that you will be grateful
for all your life.
