Situation: Conflict in a Supermarket because a product was in a bad condition. 

 

ROLEPLAY.

Buyer . Good morning, do you have decaffeinated coffee?

Inventory Control Specialist. Mmm, let me see… If I weren’t in charge of the inventory, I wouldn’t know where what you are looking for is, follow me, I will help you.

 

Buyer. mm, is that I have been looking for it in at least 4 supermarkets, if I drink caffeinated coffee, I don't feel well and I get indigestion. Also, I will be giving coffee to my parents and family that come tomorrow for Christmas, so I want a good brand.

 

Inventory Control Specialist. Ugh, what a shame. Mmm….yes, we have decaffeinated coffee, what brand do you want?
