What would be the effect(s) of sharing the information with the people from the Earth?

Perhaps the moon has certain benefits that Earth does not, but who assures us that this information is correct? I honestly think that people would react in an aggressive and nervous way, as it is a total turnaround on where we live. We also do not know if it is a safe place to live on, since it could bring us different consequences, be they diseases or drastic changes.
