A New Fate

Supernova

She rised from nebula,
One in an ocean of stars,
Trying to hide her need to
explode and decide.

Like herself the moon shined its brightest,
when no one was around to see,
They gazed at her expecting some kind of thing,
but stumbled in the dark setting her free.

Just like the moon so lonely,
so full of imperfections,
But just like the moon, she shined in times
of darkness.

Like the moon she always found a way to make herself whole again,
always shining even at her half phase,
Creating beauty in an empty space

Like everything she came to an end,
Like a supernova she exploded,
Giving birth to a new fate.
