The Shark's Fin
Impressive! This is how the new 30-meter-high monument looks like and it was erected in Barranquilla, as a tribute to the representative football club of the Caribbean region, Junior.
The structure is located in the extension of the Great Dock and has not yet been inaugurated.
The structure, covered in the glass made by Tecnoglass, forms a fin at its center and is named The Window of Champions or The Shark's Fin, related to the most famous nickname of the rojiblanco team. The monument is located next to the newly installed drawbridge, the first of its kind in the country.
In its glasses it reflects the colors of Junior, although it will also be able to project the colors of the national flag during the matches of the Colombian National Team or any other eventuality.
