COLOMBIA IS OUT
The South
American Pre-Olympic Tournament of Colombia was held between January 18th and
February 9th, 2020 in the cities of Armenia, Bucaramanga and Pereira in order to define
the two teams in South America that will participate in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic
Games.
In this tournament participated 10 teams with players under 23 years of age belonging to
Conmebol, from which only Argentina (champion) and Brazil (runner-up), achieved the classification.
This championship was played again after 16
years.
