AH1N1
A new case of AH1N1 in our country has been reported. In Cucuta a patient, whose personal information is unknown, is one of the many people affected by the epidemiological peak of this microorganism.
The most recent sample of a positive case for the AH1N1 virus, which causes influenza, was processed yesterday in the clinical laboratory Erasmus University Hospital Meoz (Huem).
From November up to now, the laboratory has reported a total of 36 cases positive to the virus, 16 of them are new more than the 20 registered by the National Institution of Health.
Carlos Moreno, an especialist from the Institution stated that these viruses are pretty common during the winter time, due to weather changes.
