On Greetings

A Nature's Reminder

Once, not so long ago,

Our project class was staggered
When an unexpected visitor
Trying to get in, was on the go,
And seemingly saying hello started,
Despite no one was his protector

It didn't come as you might be thinking,
It once came over
Scratching, wishing to shake our hands
With an inviting nodding
Was reminding us this life game isn't over
It is rather an opportunity for this land

Our climate change project
Was the subject of a God's creature
Looking at us through the window glass
So perfect, free, and relaxed
Belonging to the outdoors, it wanted to get in
Contradictory? You might believe.

This was exactly describing
How life nowadays evolves,
Living in a contradictory world
Animals don't know where they belong
People their habitats all the time are intruding
Bumping into, it and I  are coinciding.

In this world of differences,
It, you and I to coincide,
Shouldn't be a coincidence,
But rather a warning, as a pride
A pride to coincidentally abide
For a better future without offenses.

This greenish greeting iguana,
Came to invite herself
Offering us to become our pet
But iguanas are not tamed
Nor they can be our companions
The Almighty wanted us  to defend our fauna.
