On Cheating

Danny and His Brother

Once upon a time, there was a boy named Danny, who was very smart and he always had good grades. His twin brother however, was the complete opposite.

Danny was very supportive with his parents, but Mike (his twin brother) was playing videogames all day long. At school, Mike always looked for his brother Danny and the reason was because he wanted help for his activities. When the exam periods arrived, Mike never studied… Worse, he cheated on them expecting to be a secret and to never get caught.

Danny, on the other hand, studied hard and practiced. The results came in, Danny failed the same quiz that Mike passed (by cheating, obviously) and Danny got very upset.

‘He cheated!’ said Danny while throwing his quiz with water
marks of his tears in it. ‘He never studies. Out of all the times I’ve been working, he doesn’t open his backpack’ said Danny. When the math exam came around, Mike had a sudden urge to take the teacher’s quiz and see the answers while nobody was looking.

Danny could see him and he instantly called it out: ‘So that’s how you passed these exams, huh? While I’m here with my notebook, pencil, eraser, calculator, ruler, and sharpener, working very hard? My hand hurts and my eyes are tired, man!’ Said Danny.

He took his brother to the Principal’s office and talked with him about this. Mike got suspended and got grounded at home.

Moral: Cheating is bad. You have to a person who plays fair and hands his work on time. Be like Danny.
