Leadership

Do you think that leaders are born with the ability to lead, or do you think they develop their leadership or skills? Why?

I think that leaders develop their leadership skills, since when we are growing up, we start to have some abilities, and we develop that ability of leading taks in many fields. 

For me, leadership is a set of skills that can be learned by

training, practice and experience over time, and also there are other people that do not like to be one, but I think that the persons who want to make a difference, who want to  accomplish something, if they know that  there are going to be  many obstacles on their path and  know that they can  pass all the bad things only to accomplish their goals, those are good leaders, because those people are showing us that no matter how many times we fall down, we always stand up and continue.

Also a leader is always helping others, showing the right way to do programmed things, and if he started doing little things, and then when he practiced that skill so well, he started to do bigger things, he would be the best. So if you want to be a leader you can be one, nothing is impossible if you give the best of you.
