In Case Of A War...
What might happen to our country in case there
is a war between Venezuela and our nation?
Not everyone is aware
about the magnitude of the situation between our nation and Venezuela. Some
might even think it isn’t such a big deal, but it really is. Not many people seem to be interested and willing to go a step further in investigation
to certainly understand the topic. They prefer to stay with
what the media shows, which is not always accurate.
To settle the situation, I will retell that Venezuela is facing a very hard
situation because Venezuelan people are going through hunger and pain, seeing how their government has teared apart their country and with it, their lives as well. This
situation has made the citizens desperate to find a way to survive.
In order to provide their
families with basic needs' goods, they have chosen to leave their country to migrate to its bordering countries, ours being
one of them. This has not only caused commotion, but also lots of international
feuds. The world has taken sides, just like the country itself. Many nations
have already offered help to the citizens who are against the government, and plans
have come to the table.
Many others have helped the government to continue
with the regime, and settled arrangements. There are lots of international laws, and
settlements that can be used in an alternative way for the government and its
allies like the Russian Federation to backup on their actions. Like for
example, the autonomy of each country. No other country can just enter to any
other, at any time. That would cause lots of feuds, and problems around the
international community among them, disturbing the peace of the nations.
This is
something the countries like the United States of America and Colombia are
trying to do, to help the opposition. The feud is based on the fact
that Colombia is a territory that can provide entrance to Venezuela for other countries to help the opposition; however, the Venezuelan government is not and will never be okay with that.
The Venezuelan
government is currently backed up by the Russian Federation, and Colombia is supported by the United States: two very powerful nations, that have been involved
in international feuds for decades, nations that in repeated occasions have
showed how prepared they are for any confrontation, two countries that are
completely able to make a feud based on this situation, but still, there is
something neither of them have, which is Venezuelan territory.
Even, if they are the
two nations basic allies and if they
provide help in case of a war, the land
isn’t theirs. Which also means, they are not gonna be affected, we are. We are going to be the ones
who would become the victims in case of a war, between two of the most powerful nations, regarding combats. We'll be the victims of that war that wouldn't be fought. Both countries
would end up completely ripped apart in a war that cannot have a winner because at the end of the day, everything that other nations can do, is to contribute
for more destruction of both countries.
