On True Leadership
There are two options: being a leader or a boss,
What's the difference? You may ask, it simply is
The way that they give a task,
One commands the work, the other leads the job.
A big difference for sure in time of
Doing the job, when someone is working
Along with his workers, the other
Is sitting with his million dollars watching them out.
Imagine working for a boss whose
Workers not even know his name. Imagine
Working for someone that cares
For the numbers, but not for them.
Now, imagine the leader that is by
Our side helping and working alongside
With us, being aware of the company,
and the workers as well,
So, be a leader,
Not a fever.
