President Maduro Claims Venezuela is Victim Of An Electronic Warfare
The president mentioned the extensive failures of the power supply system and called on military units to remain alert to alleged "criminal plans" against his government, and called the militiamen to join the peace "defense" groups in all the neighborhoods.
The president claimed that the opposition led by Juan Guaido has been the worst criminal group in the last 20 years, and accused President Donald Trump of being responsible for the blackouts in the country during March.
