Basketball Playing Benefits

Today we are going to talk about the benefits that we have if we play basketball. 

The results of practicing sports in the body are numerous and among them, we can observe the next ones below:

During childhood: greater growth, muscle mass, reflexes, and agility.
In adults: promotes good blood circulation, lung capacity, and airway cleanliness.
In general: the continuous movement of the game allows better synchronization of the cardiac rhythm in the player. As for mental health, it promotes the development of agility and logic when analyzing tactical aspects, as well as improving the state of alert to prevent any type of physical attack.



Other favorable aspects that basketball develops are:

Increases vitality: improves resistance to fatigue, thus providing more energy and capacity in work and study.
Combat stress: by reducing anxiety and depression, it facilitates relaxation, decreases tension and helps you fall asleep.

It strengthens the lungs: being an aerobic exercise (it activates most of the muscle groups and forces the mobilization of air), strengthens the capacity of the lungs, improves the circulation of oxygen in the blood.
