I  know what you're thinking... How the heck does a 52 year old over the hill, milkshake salesman build a fast food empire with 16 hundred restaurants and an annual revenue of seven hundred million dollars? 
One ward is enough: Perseverance.

Later on, with the times changing, fast food is recognized as dangerous, so he now is vigorously enduring the disaster by offering better food choices that are healthier, so his key word to overcome these difficulties is resilience.

These values are perfectly depicted in an only man who knew how to correct the errors from the past to give a better future to his customers.
