Trick or Treat

It was Halloween and there was a child walking on the village street asking for candies, when he saw a house filled with spooky things and the kid thought it was a cool place to go; therefore, he went to that house.

"Trick or treat", said the child, but nobody answered, so he shouted again; however, no one answered yet. Suddenly, a pumpkin told the kid if he was sure about to continue, if he was conscious of what he was doing there, alone. The kid said he just wanted a candy.

The door suddenly opened and a mysterious voice said: "So you came for some candies, huh? The child said "Yes, sir". The voice went on: "Well, here you go, come in". It's really dark here and you can't see the candy where you are , kid". "Ok, sir", said the kid and he entered the house.

The next day, the child's parents were looking for him, and he appeared with a sad face, so his parents said: What's wrong? and the child said: "I never wanna go for candies again". Looks like I learned the lesson... I'm so sorry!

Moral:

Always be alert, things can be worse and more dangerous than expected.

Don't judge a book by its cover!
