GROWING UP IN CHARACTER
Whenever we are little,
Nothing seems to be troublesome,
Parents have almost everything,
For us totally solved.
However, they give us responsibilities
For us to accomplish them all
Dues that help us foster
Respect, order, character, or so we are told.
Time elapses so fast,
We meet friends and many people,
Some able to organize a task,
Others capable of just being creeple.
Creeply nourished by neglecting parents,
Many misled at wrong schools,
Schools that sometimes deny their talents,
Burying them, despite having tools.
We do need to recognize that values
Help us fathom all which grown ups want from us
Forming a strong character we do not overvalue,
Where forgiveness makes burdens release us.
