Sports help your self-esteem to increase (And you know that because of having a low self-esteem you don’t trust in yourself and always have negative thoughst about yourself), they also reduce the level of stress and help you relax (If you read the article about cigarettes in last edition, you know that I was talking about finding a way to relax that doesn’t harm your body, well you can practice sports instead of smoking). Sports also reduced the level of depression, but to clarify its meaning, it is a mental illness that can blur your mind to even lead you into committing suicide.
In the physical aspects, sports help your arterial pressure, by improving your flexibility (If you practice, you can be able of doing the split!), and a lot of other things that are really good to your health, that’s why if you don’t practice any sport at all, like going to the gym, you should take advantage of the "electivas" (Elective classes) here at the school, so that your health could be improved.
